PRIVACY POLICY

Offero is a fully offline, local-first mobile application. This policy explains what information we handle and how / for both the app and this website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information through the app. All data you enter (job applications, stage notes, interview prep answers, follow-up messages, and resume content) is stored exclusively on your device using SQLite. Nothing is transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.

2. In-App Purchases

The Pro upgrade is processed entirely by the app store platform (Google Play or Apple App Store) through their secure billing systems. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details. All billing is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy.

3. Notifications

Offero may request permission to send you local push notifications for follow-up reminders. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No data is sent to any server to generate or deliver these reminders. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. Device Permissions

The app requests the following permission: Notifications, used solely to deliver local follow-up reminders you set within the app. This permission is optional; the app functions fully without it.

5. Third-Party Services

The Offero app contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or tracking frameworks. No SDK within the app transmits data about you or your usage to any external service.

This website uses Google Fonts to load typefaces. Google may collect limited technical data (such as your IP address) to serve these fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Storage & Security

All app data is stored in a SQLite database on your device, protected by your device's own security mechanisms. We have no access to this data at any time.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by going to Settings > Clear all data within the app. Uninstalling the app also permanently removes all locally stored data. We have no copy of your data to delete on our end.

8. Children's Privacy

Offero is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from users under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, no data is collected in any case / all information stays on the device.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
