By downloading or using Offero, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Offero is a personal productivity tool for tracking job applications. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app in any way not expressly permitted by applicable law.

2. Intellectual Property

Offero and all its content, design, branding, and code are owned by the developer (John Kenneth Teodoro). All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license rights beyond using the app for its intended personal purpose.

3. Pro Upgrade & In-App Purchases

Offero offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. This purchase is processed entirely by the platform through which you downloaded the app (Google Play or Apple App Store) under their respective billing terms and consumer protections.

We do not process, store, or have access to your payment information. Refund requests are handled by the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies. Pro access is tied to your platform account. If a purchase is refunded, Pro access may be revoked.

4. No Warranty

Offero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of income, arising from your use of or inability to use Offero.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we strongly recommend keeping regular device backups. We cannot recover lost data.

6. Data & Privacy

All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Termination

You may stop using Offero at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
